The Change Process:

When running projects, we use a focused Change Management methodology and process. This includes a set of tools to manage the implementation of the project - like a project charter, a business case and activity plans. This is focused on the technology, processes and infrastructural side of the project. There is also a set of processes and tools that can be used to manage the people side of these projects. Studies show that to meet the objectives of any project, we need to manage both sides - using effective project management and effective change management.

A structured approach to managing the people side of change gives us the actions and steps we need to take to help people through the changes we are affecting. This is where we use the Prosci methods.

We deliver change management activities, based on the Prosci Change Management process, on various projects including ERP/ Technology implementations, Internal & External Customer Service Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Optimisation & Rationalisation, Business Process Reengineering & Risk Management related projects.

Change Management Training
We are certified and licensed to train the Prosci Change Management Practitioner programs. In addition, we deliver customised training solutions to address a specific business need.
