About us:

Change Systems was established in March 2007. Its Managing Director is Alice van den Berg.

We are passionate about delivering value through change management. Based in Johannesburg, the firm engages with national and international companies in the product, service and knowledge industries. We have extensive management consulting experience with deep specialisation in change management .

Our clients include financial services, business process outsourcing, mining, oil & gas and government organisations. Through open, honest and mutually beneficial relationships with people, we provide the right solutions to our customers while growing our capacity and benefiting the community.
 
The Director:

Alice is a Business Consultant  who has worked across a broad range of industries in Africa and the United Kingdom.  She has been consulting for 8 years previously working for large corporates like Datatec, Citibank and Standard Bank of South Africa. Through her experience she has found that change starts within the individual and the ability to accept and forgive is essential for growth. She has completed an MBA from GIBS -University of Pretoria and is currently studying Mandarin.

 
 
Prosci Methodology:

Our approach is based on the International, Prosci Methodology, for which we are Authorised Providers. This methodology was developed by the Change Management Learning Centre in the USA and is based on the best practices research with over 1000 companies world-wide. Prosci's customers include the majority of Fortune 500 companies.
